Who is this program for?
This is for any organization that functions well and simply wants more clarity in their direction. It’s very easy to get caught in the cycle of tactics for the sake of tactics without a north star to work toward. This program gives you that guiding light and your roadmap. It’s the perfect option for any smaller business or non-profit that may not have the budget to bring in a facilitator to lead them through the strategic planning process but needs a guiding document to help them achieve their goals.

What’s included in the program?
The program includes seven modules. Each module has three things:
A video to introduce each section and help your team understand the task
An activity for your team to work through (including discussion questions, grouping and timing!)
A reference document to serve as a quick guide, including a summary of the module, time estimates, and tips for how to approach the activity
The program also includes a Jamboard template for the brainstorming and thought-organizing modules, a document template for when you start to refine and tidy up your plan, and an opportunity for a bonus call with Megan. This could be used to get you started, help you stay on track, or to help you finalize your plan.
