The Mosaic Women’s Retreat offers learning and connections in a fun and relaxed environment for identifying women. It’s for colleagues, friends, or individuals to gain confidence, knowledge, and new relationships by participating in workshops with a diverse group looking to do the same! The ultimate purpose of coming together for the day is to use professional development and a love of networking to build a community of women who champion one another.

The Dynamix Experience:

The 2024 Mosaic Women’s Retreat is all about YOU. We’ll use DYNAMIX, a detailed assessment and framework for building self-awareness, including communication, work, and socialization habits. It’ll reveal strategies for handling personalities different from yours and give you a deeper understanding of your own tendencies.

What’s the assessment?

You’ll receive a detailed questionnaire covering several different scenarios prior to the retreat. This is a crucial step. Based on how you respond to each question, your results will be broken down into colours: red, green, blue, and yellow. Simple, right? There’s more to it than you think! Each colour is associated with specific tendencies. We all have varying degrees of each colour. For example, someone might have a lot of red tendencies and very little blue, and their favourite co-worker might have the exact opposite. The colours are merely a tool to better understand yourself and those around you. After your assessment and this retreat, you’ll walk away with the know-how to adapt your actions and reactions authentically and effectively to build stronger relationships and superior performance.

Pricing includes a high-quality printed copy of your assessment and personalized strategies, access to an app designed for further personal development, and some physical tools to keep your strategies top of mind.

How do I get my assessment?

After you complete registration, you’ll receive an email directly from DYNAMIX with a unique link to complete your questionnaire. The responses you provide in the questionnaire are private and will not be disclosed. Think of your work environment when you complete the DYNAMIX questionnaire. This is not a test; there are no right or wrong answers. It should take 15 - 20 minutes of uninterrupted time to complete.

Individual pricing: $325 +GST
Pricing for groups of four or more: $300 +GST (per person)
